Best Price Guarantee

Our prices are set by the designers and architects we represent. The HousePlanShop, LLC guarantees that our plans are offered at the lowest price possible. However, if you find one of our plans published on a competitor’s website at a lower price, we will beat that price.

Requirements for Best Price Guarantee:

• Published/Advertised item must be identical to our published item (exact plan/design and exact plan package).
• Customer must provide link/URL to the item published on the competitor’s website at the lower price.
• Price guarantee not offered on previous orders.
• Items that meet our best price guarantee are not eligible for promotion codes or additional discounts.
• Price guarantee excludes prices that have already been price-matched by another competitor (no price bidding.)
• Price guarantee does not include sales tax, modifications, special orders, volume discounts, or publishing/typographical errors.
