Thanks for your interest in modifying plan 023H-0090. Please complete and submit the modification request form to receive a free, no-obligation quote for your desired modifications. Your modification quote will be emailed to you within one to three business days of you submitting your request. NOTE: It is necessary to monitor your inbox and junk/spam folder. Sometimes modification quotes will end up in your junk mail. The quote will list the cost for your specified modifications plus the cost for the PDF or CAD file needed to legally change the original copyrighted house plan. If you wish to proceed with your modifications, please follow the ordering instructions provided in your quote. Keep in mind, you will be charged two separate fees – one for the purchase of the initial plan package (PDF or CAD file) and the other for your modifications.
PLEASE NOTE: Our plans and modifications are drawn to meet national building codes. Our modification team cannot modify the plans to meet any specific, local building codes. We do not guarantee the revisions made by our team will meet your local building codes. It may be necessary for you hire a local engineer, architect, or another qualified design professional to review the modified construction drawings further to ensure they comply with your city, county, or state/provincial building codes. Additionally, plans are not sealed or stamped by an engineer or architect.
